I'm short on time today, so I apologize for the lack of
any info on this post. That being said, this is a
fantastic album to sample, if you're into that.
Soulful, playful, and poet musings; An early
form of rap, over funky sounds. Enjoy!
Cornell Dupree - guitar
Gordon Edwards - bass
Richard Tee - piano
Bama - vocals

ReplyDeleteNice! Looking forward. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!
DeleteThanx for this. Sold my album and lost the digital version in a crash.
ReplyDeleteI have several "sold that album" regrets. I hate that!
DeleteYou're welcome!
ReplyDeleteWow, makes me feel like I've got it easy in life. There's an electronic duo here in Australia called Pnau who sampled Social Narcotic on their debut album in '99 and I love having heard this original source work now. This is really amazing, thanks for posting! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambanova
