Dirty Jazz In Your Church!!

Let's keep a spiritual jazz tone, shan't we? There isn't a whole lot by James pressed out there. In fact this is one of two according to Discog.com. If I have said this before, forgive me: Sometimes a private press gospel album can really deliver the goods. I have given you a couple Gosp-soul drops but none which is full on christian jazz. Here is one which can redeem your soul. Save yourself!

Lineup of forgotten muscians:
James Tatum-acoustic and electric piano
Theodore Buckner-soprano sax
Judge Gray-Trumpet
Louis Barnett-tenor, alto sax
Norman O'Gara-trombone
Joe Williams-String Bass
Bert Myrick-percussion
Ronald Stewart-conga, bonga

  1. 3rd track in - amazing, beautiful, stunning...phew, running out of adjectives. On to The Lord's Prayer, sublime...

  2. I'm hating mediafire right now. Any chance of a re-up of this beauty and a review of your other files. So much goodness, so few working links.
